from the article:Commissioner Rudy Endrikat recused himself from the decision because of his contractual agreement with Bridge Resources. Larry Church voted to approve the appeal, while Marc Shigeta voted to deny the appeal.I bet I know how Rudy would have voted!!Hopefully financing is next.....
