For 4 very wealthy guy to allow this,
tells you a couple of things.....I will let you fill iin the blanks...
But this is where they should re appear.....now with half their founders stock
as they did not complete, therfore the new exchange sees them as potential risk,
so give up half your stock( founders ) and lets proceed.

Maybe a roll back, and a $$ to them, they know how to play the game....
Maybe they do a HARD deal, and actually do a major raise and qualify for the TSX!
