Of the 194 capital pool shells listed, 73 have QTs in progress, while the rest are available for deals. Of the 73 pending QTs, 21 are mining deals, 16 are tech deals (including e-commerce and on-line marketing), eight are cannabis deals, six are medical device or biotech deals, five involve consumer goods, four are real estate QTs, and another four are e-sports QTs.
