Bravada shares are issued

I called the company this morning. I was told that the Bravada shares were issued through their transfer agent yesterday. Should be at you broker with in the next few days..

Each holder of an issued Class B share of BVG will exchange such share for one Class A BVG share, and one Bravada common share (being a portion of the Transfer Consideration) for each 10 Class B ...more

Yes it would be a fair value.I felt we were being given about 4 cents for the spinoff credit times 10...40-50......Wuth these guys who knows they are leaving a trainwreck of disgruntled investors each ...more

Called Scottrade the other day about the BAVO.C1 situation. They've corrected the problem and the shares are now listed in my account under BVGIF. Anyone who has this issue needs to call their ...more

I have two brokers in the US with BVGIF shares, and one is TDAmeritrade.As reported by you, as a result of the namechange, they are not tradable until new shares are obtained by thebrokers. As with ...more
