Ni 43-101 geo. report North Lone Mountain Project

The program should consist of five to seven holes, approximately
1,280 meters of reverse-circulation drilling program, at an estimated cost of US$180,000.
Seven drill sites have been permitted and a US$8,545 bond has been posted.

...

The author (Kizis) has personally spent approximately 8 days on the property and its
immediately surrounding area confirming the broad aspects of previous work and
conducting geologic mapping and limited surface sampling. The author has not collected
any surface samples on the Project because bedrock is concealed by younger alluvium.

...

Drill sites have beenpermitted on an existing road and will allow optimization of a drilling program
based on lithologies intercepted (Figure 5). The cross section in Figure 6 illustrates the target
concept with potential host rocks.

...

The target at NoLM is a sediment-hosted, Carlin-type gold deposit. Although there is no
such mineralization demonstrated to date at this alluvial-covered property, there are many
such deposits in the surrounding region.

...

Fieldwork conducted by Bravo to date has been limited to examination of bedrock
exposures in the hills west of the property and in the Roberts Mountains to the north
because the NoLM property is entirely covered by post-mineral alluvium. In addition, a
limited amount of historic data was reviewed.
A fence of five to seven shallow reverse-circulation drill holes through what is believed
to be relatively thin gravel is recommended. Drilling will determine which host rocks are
present and if they have been affected by a gold-bearing hydrothermal system, as
indicated by the presence of anomalous gold, pathfinder elements, and favorable
alteration. Seven drill sites have been permitted and bonded (see Figure 5). This firstpass
evaluation is designed to provide critical geologic and geochemical data, with
limited physical disturbance in order to minimize reclamation costs.

...

The project lies within the Battle Mountain-Eureka Gold trend. Approximately 12km to
the northwest, Atlas Precious Metals mined the Gold Bar deposit and, along with several
satellite deposits located a similar distance to the north, produced 485,200 ounces of gold
in the 1980’s and 1990’s. It has been reported that approximately 2 to 3 times the amount
mined remains as resources (Yigit et. al., 2003). There are several other small deposits
known along the southern end of the Roberts Mountians, generally containing <100,000
ounces of gold.
