Lundin says hold Bravo Venture

2008-11-19 21:00 ET - In the News

Brien Lundin, in the November, 2008, edition of the Gold Newsletter, says hold Bravo Venture Group Inc., recently 35 cents. Mr. Lundin said buy Bravo in March, 2005, at 32 cents, and in August, 2005, at 45 cents. He then said take some profits (sell half, perhaps) in February, 2006, at $1.37. Assuming a $1,000 investment for each of the two buys, selling half at $1.37 would have yielded a profit of $2,570. He said buy three more times between September, 2006, and April, 2008, at prices ranging from 39 cents to $1.15. Assuming a $1,000 investment for each of the three new buys, and taking into account the remaining $1,000 investment after the previous half sale, the total $4,000 investment is now worth a not-so-bravo $2,307. The goldbug has not mentioned Bravo for a few months because he has been patiently waiting for assay results. He says his patience paid off because the company has released significant results, including 73 metres of 20.99 g/t gold. The newsletter editor says Bravo is in charge of its 100-per-cent-owned Homestake Ridge property in British Columbia. He is a little concerned the bonanza results might lead to investors selling off the stock if future results are not the same.
