But for a little conspiracy theory speculation, I wonder if JPM is throwing the dogs off the scent by not engineering a take down as is usualy the case on expiry day. Since every one and their mother has read the Andrew McGuire story and was expecting it, JPM probably sent out word to their little fish metals trader friends that a take down was scheduled, then threw them to the wolves by taking the other side. Once they flush 'em out they can get back to biz as usual.
I know, its all probably just a strong euro thing, but everyone else has an Oliver Stone type paranoid fantasy, why not me?
