Not a bad 9 trading days since the Big Announcement. Day 1 was, I believe a shake of the tree, and then a lot of institutional buyers realized the potential of the land acquisition. .25 to .375 in that span on sizable volume is no flash in the pan. I have been monitoring the houses for a while now and a few more are now entering the scene.. Very Bullish!
That said, there will be pullbacks as too high a rise in a short span is not healthy. I think the Dire Wolfs' call of .60 by xmas is not out of the cards. I am staying long and hope to prosper.
