Knew this would happen..... now paper has a looong way to fall from 1.10.... this one wont be looking too interesting until it goes below 20 cents again. ; with 30million shares outstanding only ...more

hakkimman, if i were you id be very careful with bwd paper. very unpredictable paper indeed. but for it to get to 6 cents it seems to be taking a will that is stronger than the universe its self. jd ...more

It appears that if you have 5000 shares you get 5000 rights. If you then exercise your rights on a 10 for 1 basis plus 5 cents you get another 500 shares for a cost of $25. This gives you 5500 shares. ...more
