I think that Legacy would be the most logical choice to buy BWD . But doubt it will happen has seen as it hasn't already. I have always thought  of this stock  as a pure land ...more

Ok, so everyone is down on their investment in BWD.. Leaves 2 choices a) sell now (and redeploy the proceeeds elsewhere) or b) wait and see if they can sell the company. In the meantime. all the ...more

I think of it as a hold for it's potential in the land holdings, PERIOD. I don't know Legacy and can't display a fair opinion on that, but I like their association with the Bloods
