Quite the contrary Bob, indeed it is you that assumes because they bought a bunch of land they will mysteriously have oil flowing to the surface ala Jed Clampitt, it might happen but you miss my point 38 barrels in what 7-8 years and now they will play the magic flute and voila everything will be better....keep doing your due diligence laddie but remember you must take your head out of the sand to breath.
