RE: RE: Actually no Bobberpumperchimp....not
I couldn't agree more Vanboarder. I'll admit that I have already tripled part of my money, selling a third of my shares prior to Christmas. In so doing, I recovered my original investment, but I am holding firm with the remaining shares. If the Bakken is a bust, there are a lot of major players who have been collectively wrong, and I have trouble believing they're all just speculating wildly. I don't think anyone will give up on the play with a few drilling failures, so if Bowood's first well is a bust, and the share price drops, I'll likely buy some more. I think it will take multiple failures by mutliple companies for the industry to lose hope. I plan to hang on now until we start seeing successes or until the Bakken is proven to be a mediocre prospect. At the end of the day, trash talking is kind of ridiculous and people should make their decisions and accept the fact that this is a risk/reward play. With my remaining shares, I choose to accept the risk..
