Why?
Can an astute investor comment on why on earth LEG/ BWD would drill on the southern portion of the lands prior to driiling near the well which has already tested oil on the BFN land? Thoughts anyone?

The reason why is that it is a lot quicker to license on private land as opposed to licensing on the reservation. They needed to get drilling and it was taking too long. Notice that both Legacy/Bowood and Murphy have just recently licensed wells on the Kanai property.
