Ugly Drill Results!

You are not going down to 118.6m to dig out 41.3m of .51 gpt
Nor are you going down 124m to get 70m of .41gpt
Nor are you going down 168m to get at 37m of .71gpt
Nor are you going down 145m to get at 95m of .29gpt!

Not even one high grade hole to balance out this stuff.

Drill results continue to be consistent with previous exploration at the Powerline and Aurex Hill Deposits (see Table 1 and Figure 1) and the deposits remain open to gold mineralization expansion in all directions and to depth. The program was also designed to begin to test potential mineralization bounds to identify locations for infrastructure as the Project is advancing. With three drill ...more

Consistent is a bit of a vague term in the mining world.   It is often used when there is nothing real exciting to report and it is close enough.  Well in a low grade deposit close enough does not fit the bill so it needs to be close enough on the high side not the low side.  The other issue of course is the strip ratio at least to me and I am no expert seems to be higher.  ...more

Lots of people have lots of gold but all but the most robust mine are sitting on the trash heap un-wanted and un-loved.  I suppose one day some-one will want these things sooner than later one hopes.  In the mean time we trade or we wait.  Waiting is OK sometimes.  Other times you just wait for one more financing and then the first 10 for 1 share consolidation.  It is why ...more

All I can say is that with the aurmac and powerline deposits now connecting, this thing will be visible from space if it ever gets to the shovelling stage, which i think it eventually will. Instead of the great wall of china, it will be the great pit of yukon.

International Tower Hill Mines has a low grade deposit grade is almost identical except they have 14 million ounces already completed a PEA and a PFS.  Still open but they have not drilled a hole in over 2 years why because to date it has not much value..... It might get to be big enough to see from space like ITH but it has to be economic enough to see the equipment from space lol.  ...more
