Gentleman, coul somebody help me to understand if these assets can get permit under current government? Seems very unlikely, but I have very limited knowledge. I would assume this might negatively affect potential buyout.

In B.C, as far as I know permits should not be a major issue. The properties are surrounded by other met coal properties both producing and under development.
