CAF rejects deal with AAM

CAF rejects deal with AAMThe deal with AAM I see never materialised....AAM shares have not done too well which would have affected the deal as NR stated deal to be a share transaction. Also saw the news release saying CAF have halted operations in Sierra Leone. They successfully discovered diamonds but not enough to warrant further exploration. At least they didn't spend a load of cash on their own equipment. Good news is that the coal company in South Africa appears to have turned around. Latest financials on the website www.canafgroup.com show sales for for 9months end July 31 2010 of $8,824,222 with a nett profit of $879,049.....much better than the previous year which showed a loss of over $350,000 for the same period. Is rare to have a junior with a nice profit generating operation. Looks like the company has slashed outgoings.....they should be able to self-fund their next venture. They seem safe and don't have much debt, which I'm guess they'll be able to pay back from the profits from the coal business. Think I'm going to check out their audited financials when they're published. Wisema
