tremendous amounts of insider selling
management's pump and dump history
stupid deal with Kinross used for PR purposes
delays in NR's and reassaying results that didn't warrant the recheck.
drilling in the exact same area as the operator for CAJ did years ago and amounting to nothing but pump and dump. TUO.
