ORT is pioneering a revolution in aluminum production.  They simply put clay in one end of the plant and get aluminum production out the other, at a very attractive cost compared to traditional mining and milling/smelting operations.

 

This land could be "GOLD" just for that.  Rare Earths are another subject completely, another part of what we are speculating on here.
