Shareholders are owner of the company
Shareholders are "owners" of the company. Participate and provide input to the managment for the betterment of the company and for the interest of the shareholders instead of standing on the side watching, criticising and complaining. Big shareholders and small shareholders unity is power and can call for a meeting and get rid of incompetent staffs and vote for a change.

Something needs to happen here real soon as the past six months of nothing reflects a total lack of respect for shareholders.....lack of investor guidance and action does suggest management incompetencey.
