RE:Take over offer.I agree...this management team has failed...they seldom buy stock...and seemed to have just lived off those big financings that were made years ago! Congratulations to Victoria gold for seeing the value here...current management either doesn't know or how to put value in for the shareholders, their lucrative fees don;t impress me...either way we lose unless it brings attention to someone who can aggressively move this project ahead.
