Take over offer.

The stock is down over 99% from its highs in 2011. Shareholders should be able to take this offer and get a management team that could create shareholder valve. The existing management team has obviously failed.

I agree...this management team has failed...they seldom buy stock...and seemed to have just lived off those big financings that were made years ago!  Congratulations to Victoria gold for seeing the value here...current management either doesn't know or how to put value in for the shareholders, their lucrative fees don;t impress me...either way we lose unless it brings attention to someone ...more

So on a share basis is that like a 1 for 78 roll back ie. 1 Victoria Gold share for every 78 shares you hold of Atco? So someone holding 20,000 shares of ATC would end up with about 250 Victoria Gold shares -- or have I got that wrong? or keeping it in more simple terms = 125 new shares for every 10,000 you own?

I absolutely DISAGREE with your conclusion.  If you want to see bad managment, take a look at SBB, our CEO over there sold us shareholders down the river by selling out for a pittance at a market bottom.  What CEO worth his salt gives away assets for pennies on the dollar?! I am sure glad you are not managing my money!! That being said, I can aboslutely see Victoria and ATAC teaming up ...more
