RE:The takeover offer.

RE:The takeover offer. You asking why wont ATAC management allow shareholders to vote on whether we want 9 cents USD a share in a buyout is like asking your neighbour why he doesn't let his kindergartner play with a loaded pistol.

Do you really have to ask?!  The ten year average price is 39 cents USD.  And in case you are wondering why would a 10 year time frame be utilized, it is because many investors in the junior resource sphere are long-term, patient shareholders.  So, you want them to run the risk of getting bought out for less than a third of their long-term average?

Graham is doing his job as CEO and protecting the patient investors from the impatient, penny-flippers who are preyed upon by unscrupulous suitors.
