Why has Atac management sat on this takeover news for over a month? Why won't Atac management take this to a vote and let Atac shareholders get their say? Why hasn't Atac management found other gold producer companies as suitors?

I was arouind 15-20 years ago when this stock was over $9.00 a share. Everybody was excited about the future for ATAC Resources Ltd. I left and returned a year ago.  The stock was selling for $.10 a share.
