RE:RE:The takeover offer.

RE:RE:The takeover offer.I was arouind 15-20 years ago when this stock was over $9.00 a share. Everybody was excited about the future for ATAC Resources Ltd. I left and returned a year ago.  The stock was selling for $.10 a share. The gold is still in the ground, you just have to get it out.   At that time, I don;t think there was anybody that thought this project would take 30-40 years to develop.  As a Monday morning quarterback, I would say that they should have had a significant second project to keep them afloat while they developed the big Yukon project.  Management owns less than 2% of the stock according to Simply Wall Street.  The big losers have been the ordinary investors like you and me.  Each member of management  recently had a nice group of stock options that were excersizeable at $.55 per share that expired unused at that price.  Currently management now has stock options that are exercizeable at $.16 per share.

I will give management credit that they have a viable company at 1/99th of their highest stock price.  Most companies would be long gone with a drop of that magnitude.  Victoria Gold has done us a big favor in getting the ATAC Board to possibly listening to other opportunities for ATAC.
