RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Does anyone understand what Hecla's plans are for Rackla?I am not saying ATAC needs new management per se, I am fine with status quo.  That being said, if current management doesn't feel it is able to successfully advance Rackla, then we should've been much more deliberate with any M&A process.  It seems we were suddenly (thank you Victoria??) so in a rush to sell that the BoD accepted the first offer that was barely palatable.

A new owner probably could advance Rackla much better than ATAC would ever be able to, I think we all can agree to that.  I was neutral to the acquisition and would've likely voted yes, but then Hecla played games with the buyout exchange ratio so now I have zero trust in that company.

Trust has to be earned and Hecla has lost all my trust before we've even started the voting process for the potential acquisition.  If Hecla is going to play games with shareholders, who is to say they won't play games with the FNs or other stakeholders in the future?  Sorry, Hecla is not a good fit, I am calling a spade a spade.
