Burnt Burgers anyone?

Burnt Burgers anyone? The burgers were left on the grill to long and now nobody is interested.
What is going to happen to the assets now? Pinos and Caballeo Blanco look like they have great potential.

Some possible actions:
  1. The company trades debt for shares to clear liabilities, then
  2. The company goes through a reverse split and name change. PaintedpigCo. (less shares that are worth little)
  3. The company sells discounted assets to a friendly relative CousinCo to clear debt and becomes a green economy explorer ConsoligatedGreenCo.
  4. There is a merger with another company with the WedCo having a consolidated share base and hopefully competent and aspirational managment.
  5. The company goes bankrupt and a distant relative picks up the assets for pennies and puts them into a new shell. BurglaCo (WEF "and you will own nothing").
  6. Other preferable option??? Management demonstrates they can both advance these projects with sufficent competancy to attract capital to invest.
Yes, this a bash, in jest. This should awaken some shareholders. Officers and directors needs to demonstrate that they are protecting their shareholders´ intrests. Lets see if they choose one of the above paths?
