No mention either of the deb repayments but only talk of growth thru acqun...od id I read that wrong?

it will become a take over once they fall behind on their loan payments this is an attempt to save the debt holders not the shareholders that being said the shareholders could benefit the company has a good chance now of surviving but existing shareholders will be very diluted but not bankrupt now
good luck to all shareholders
