Not seen one like this before but is it good for existing shareholders? Antyone?
No mention either of the deb repayments but only talk of growth thru acqun...od id I read that wrong?

  it will become a take over once they fall behind on their loan payments this is an attempt to save the debt holders not the shareholders that being said the shareholders could benefit the company has a good chance now of surviving but existing shareholders will be very diluted but not bankrupt now  good luck to all shareholders

They were technically insolvent their last financials and despite new borrowing their persistent negative cash flow will maintain this situation, with an increasing debt: equity over 5.5 and extreme interest rate imposition. Can they ever make  positive cash flow to stem this?  It will take a miracle in business and margin growth IMO.  I said previously, who the devil conceived they ...more

So now we know how the legal case progressed. And since May 24th, a lot seems to have gone well. There's also the "CANS.WT" halt/warrant delisting that I don't understand. You have followed this company for a long time and are aware of many issues. You're also intelligent and critical. I would love to hear your evaluation of the current situation for Wildpack. No rush ...more

Sandton lending (wot?) 4x market cap at interest rate compamy cannot ever afford and it has to be in cash. This seems like another AKUMIN when debt holder will get all of the company it wants under bankruptcy, Sayonara IMO
