How or when have they Threatened consolidation. Just because it was in the proxy dosen't mean it will be acted upon. Majority. I will repeate for you again Majority have voted in favour. So how is this threat. reverse split is not in the best intrest of the 40% stake holder pelicourt. They wouldn't water down their own postion.
