RE:RE:RE:Funds Not in Account for Most as of Jan 25Thanks for that. So that appears to confirm what customer service told me. They also told me they've  tried contacting the agent responsible for transferring the funds over to Scotiabank and have not received any response at all.  I will try contacting them again next week.
