Well positioned
With most of Europe turning their back on Russian gas and oil, Cub is well positioned to be among one of several althernate choices for gas in the region. And with peace talks and negotiations now looking promising, I don't plan on releasing my Cub shares as quickly anymore. Europe is not going to go crawling back to Russia for their energy that quickly, and helping Ukraine re-establish it's economy and infrastructure (and especially its culture & society) over the next several months and years is going to be a top priority. When given the choice between buying gas from the Ukraine or Russia, who do you think they're going to pick?
