AGM 2022
It has already been delayed by several months due to the eastern Conflict.
However, the 2021 financials have been published which requires approval at the AGM.
No notice of the AGM timing notice has yet appeared on Sedar.
AGM by virtual mode is available .
It may be nothing signifucant but one cannot rule out that the company and net assets will be sold and the business closed out, with net proceeds to shareholders
