IPO using the stub

This is a great deal as we get $0.03 per share in cash and the stub will be used to do an IPO with a project that is probably already lined up.

If done well, if the stub can be much more valuable than the cash out value.

I have no idea as to the type of project but it will probably be within the expertise of the majority shareholders ie the oil and gas.

Properly executed....let's say a producing field with signifucant undeveloped land..I see an additional 5-10 cents here if the Stub is monetized correctly..
