Surprised to see that I received my cash distribution today in my TD TFSA account.   And still shows I have all my shares in KUB.   Anyone else get ?

well if you got your distribution and are able to sell your shares too....go for it  but don't be surprised if they roll back the sale transaction. More TFSA room? Makes no sense as stated. JFF7

Woud anyone know how much the company value would be with its accumulated tax losses? There must be a good reason why they are transforming the company rather than just folding. Any ideas what they could have planned for the company now?

Just speculation on my part. This company is now a shell as of this coming Tuesday morning at open.  It is now a very clean shell with a bit of cash; a low share count; a public listing on a recognized stock exchange; and tax losses ready to be used. The widow is obviously ready to move on and has cashed out. The investment company has probably written off their investment if they have a

Great job buying up shares.  Your speculation is a very fair assessment and not unrealistic.  There is lots of value in a company with a clean slate,  public listing and large tax loss
