At the rate Duluth is falling it won't be long before its share price is less then Baja. Since the begining of January it has fallen from a high of $3.20 to a low of $2.07 as of a few minutes ago. As you point out they are many years away from even having a producing mine is any holders of Duluth are going to have to wait a long time to recover. Are you holding Duluth shares?
