RE: Additional Board Members = Extra Cost/ More Di

Yes.  To many directors can cost more but can be warranted if talent needed.  In my estimation no extra talent is needed as the board has managed essentially well so far inspite of some governance issues and in light of the fact that the path forward is set and there are no expansion plans.  There are no extra burdens or hurdles that require brining on new directors.  The board is supported by a very large professional staff. Governance issues can be corrected with the existing board and/or with the introduction of one or two Mount Kellet directors taking up positions without increasing the board size.  Having independent Kellet directors will help the board adhere to good governance practices and protect the interests of shareholders.
