Mount Kellett Responds of FEB 24 is completely uninformative and has no substance.  It contains NO facts of any kind. The rebuttal should have included the dates when Mt.Kellett filed the required disclosures or at the minimum explain their position and reasons for not filing. The simple statement "Mount Kellett has complied fully with all Canadian securities laws" without stating actual proveable facts indicates, at a minimum, uncertainty on the part of Mt.Kellett in this regard.

To remain 'resolved' to place two Mt.Kellett directors on the board is nothing new and certainly of no value to BAJ and it's shareholders.

The facts presented by BAJ indicate a creeping take over by Mt.Kellett. It is unfortunate that BAJ  is on the hook for the million dollars of the Spec.Mtg.. In my opinion the costs should be born by the one requesting such action. The shareholder gets shafted no matter what the outcome.

At the best we have clarity after Apr 3rd and maybe the uncertainty will be removed for proper reflection of the value of BAJ.

Mt.Kellett has nothing to loose to have the SP in limbo for a few month.

Unfortunately time is money for most of us.

Their agenda is clear: 'opportunistic'.

PS: It must be tough for BB members to refrain from insulting other posters. Childish to say the least!

If you have nothing of consequense to contribute. It's wasting everyones time.
