As a CEO, you are fully informed of the current expenditures, cash balances and future required expenditures.

 

I would imagine that the internal controls require that all checks and or wires are subject to dual signature with INCREASING approvals required as the amounts increase. It is a certainty that some of the payments needed his approval prior to being initiated.

 

The cost overrun IS IN LINE WITH THOSE REPORTED BY OTHERS. You have demonstrated quite clearly. Thanks.

 

That is not my beef.  My beef is: HOW LONG did he know and FAIL to inform the shareholders of a MATERIAL event.

 

How can we trust this guy to look after our interests?
