Did the CFO ever speak to JG?

Did the CFO ever prepare any reports detailing cash balances and the possible need to raise more funds?

Were ALL of the expenditures in connection with Boleo within budget BUT FOR the last 3 weeks?

A MATERIAL cost overrun does not happen overnight.

JG failed in his FIDUCIARY capacity to inform the shareholders of a MEANINGFUL situation. As to the WHY, I do not care to speculate as only he can answer that.

 

WHAT I DO KNOW is that we have a CREDIBILITY and CONFIDENCE gap.

 

JG must be replaced to restore confidence.
