"When they say substantial increase are we talking this is going up to 0.30, 0.60, $1.00/lb copper? What is significant? I think anything under $1 is extremely low but seeing as we started at negative 30 cents, I would hate to see this getting up to that level because its way too big of a swing to happen in 2 years."

 

Substantially rising cash costs are the truly scandalous development - and they remain unquantified. Only some of the increase can be attributed to rising capex, so the rest must be coming from higher opex and/or worsening recovery expectations. Dollars to doughnuts that this isn't the last you hear about this problem.
