I beg to strongly disagree with your point of view here, how can you say that the common shareholders will be made whole again? This is utter nonsense and wishful thinking. There is still a chance that the following will happen:

1) No financing and BAJ files for creditor protection

2) The diluation is so massive that the best the common holders can hope for is .20 to .40, okay maybe .70 once production and revenue start up.

But to come on here and state that the "The longs will likely recoup their losses" is pure baloney, I do agree that the longs will suffer, in fact, I'll say it again they already have.
