News? When? Good? Bad?

Some news, update, whether good or bad will have to be made before July 27 IMO. I have a question for the bulls however, if the news as you say will be good, then why the heck are we stuck at .16-.17!!! Doesn't add up at all. Not to mention no real buying interest at all, on that front northbound001 has a point.
