class action

I am going to find out what risks there are by being in the class action (costs of class action etc) There is a lot to lose here for some investors and having been a victim of positive settlements in the past, I know that nobody wins except the lawyers. If the corporation itself is found guilty, that means all shareholders will pay for the loses of those in the class action - which is hardly fair since since most have lost a great deal already. The plaintiff wants the defendents to pay for any costs associated with publicizing the suit (probably common practice). This is getting ugly and uncertain.
