newsWell, it sounds like the Virginia project as originally envisioned is not going to happen, instead we have another dodgy idea that keeps the original partners fron Virginia and adds an existing operation that has access to ore and is concentrating ore already, this new prospective partner is also producing a pregnant copper solution. The way the release reads to me is that CAV is willing to fund the costs of getting the copper solution to the Mettalax electrowinning plant, upgrading the plant and eventually building it out. My guess is the original Virginia project had limited access to copper concentrate. What happens to the original $50k CAV put up??
