RE: ValuationThey are looking for a couple hundred thousand.They are not going to the market at this time or near future for any further exploration(unless major buys shares well above these prices).The big boys know our numbers and more importantly they agree.The money being raised is strictly for putting a deal together.As far as time frames go I cant/shouldnt give one.If I'm wrong the company and myself get creamed.I will say that the ball is moving and what does that mean to a major company compared to a Jr.I did talk to the company extensively today mostly on the topic of what's the industry up to(magnesium and nickel).I will put something together ASAP.
