Possibilities

PossibilitiesHi All; As someone else stated CBI is raising another small financing and I would love to see it close ASAP.I have already committed to do part of the financing in anticipation for something to happen in the near future(so I dont get blamed for not saying so down the road). As I have commented recently and by the stock price increase it is apparent things are moving along. With regards to possible/obvious deals the best scenario is for Inco to take us out (in my opinion)as I'm sure they would love to sit on their nickel in Guatemala(market control) and CBI could be causing them grief by bringing it to other majors. It would also be apparent the Government must be very frustrated with this property just sitting idle therefore I would expect words of encouragement directed at Inco into doing something very soon(like Sh@#! or get off the pot).Other obvious options would be join with Inco in a partnership or join both properties together and shop it to other majors.Without saying or at least suggesting one deal versus the other all are very credible/possible.The good thing about having multiple companies interested is it will force one against the other and will boil down to if you snooze you loose.Talking with the company it is definitely the best position we(shareholders) have been in for some time and the excitement sounds legitament(though I cant get anything new from them). The newest event to unfold is the magnesium content as this was a waste problem for us from the extraction process.Using the acid we get large quantities of Magnesium which now sits at $500.00 a ton( I couldn't confirm this figure) and is growing in demand by up to 12% per year.So what use to be a waste problem is now valuable to us and that avenue will be discussed within the Magnesium industry(like automotive).I hope to hear from compliance tomorrow on a chance for some to buy free trading shares (I arrange)on the market with a 1/3 bonus warrant. This would be a private deal and not tied to CBI other then the funds going towards present financing. The idea is to get this financing closed quickly so we don't have the selling pressure we are currently experiencing.I have had it cleared by my lawyer but compliance is more important.Details will follow if I get the green light. Also I have to add in bold all info I have to offer is my formed opinion from conversation with the company and related industry personnel.Yes I have been yelled at recently! Stubbs
