The Thread In Question... I think that manipulating one's posts and trying to make them seem different is sad. Not once did I make a slanderous or defamatory statement directly or indirectly about management.
Of course the one's who want to make a case out of it, can change and mend the words any way this wish, but the posts were intended and directed to other posters, primarily the_Chief.
geeraf, I'm surprised that you believe what others here are saying, but that's your opinion.
Read the entire thread if you are that convinced, and then let me know whether my posts was directed at the_Chief or someone else.
Just because it's under the same thread heading, doesn't mean anything. All I asked is why were the old posts still available and why no action was taken to get them removed from a public forum. I guess no one cared, so they decided not to even answer, instead they wanted to know more about myself.
FWIW, I didn't photoshop or mend and blend different words or phrases to suit my whim. It's a plain copy and paste of the wording.

don118, I can assure you that I only post under one moniker that being 2guys.
On the other hand, I do believe there are multi-alias posters on Stockhouse who post just to manipulate others for their own benefit.
As I've said before, this stock and others here on Stockhouse get played everyday by posters who try to manipulate and misrepresent what is actually real.
CCB just like any other venture company has its risks, and managment IMO does what they believe to be in the best interest to shareholders. CCB is no different. Sometimes their strategy works and sometimes it does not.
So far, the area play strategy has not worked, and I believe I've voiced my opinion on this.
Will it work this time around? Well, from my experience, it's always been the company making the initial discovery that's benefitted shareholders most, but even the actual discovery in the area doesn't always work out in the long run.
Risk is everywhere, and this is after all speculation. I just don't appreciate posters like the_Chief
and others who soft bash one day, and then become the promotional leader on the forums after accumulating enough shares.

Not sure what's so hilarious about that because that is exactly what happened. I do find it peculiar that one handle asks me to check my email, while another handle inboxed me. You don't have to believe it, but then again, it's personal so I don't have to devulge anything to you with that regards. JMO

I believe the Chief is married. You should try to stop dwelling on him perhaps. But its up to you. Tell me what he manipulated? on what basis you are telling him manupulated? we all have matured investors and we do invest based on our own research and our sources only. Not by some one who tell us to do in this STOK HOUSE.
IF YOU SEE EVERYDAY Share volume is not less than 1,500,000 for the past few days ( except Friday) but if you see the maximum reading of your stock house posting is 70 and out of which you take 50% of the people are buying or selling ......you calculate ur self....for the share volume.
it will have no effect on the share volume baded on these so called " the chief " posting.
may be you ( 2guys) have a hidden agenda to buy these stocks at lower price, that will never happen.
Go and check all your posting ZEN FROM MARCH 2012 TO UNTILL NOW.

I doubt that there are many investors here that are long for one, and that really know the history of this "follow the play" stock.
It's been played, and continues to be played, and it will most likely play a lot of individuals out of their hard earned money, if they don't dig a little and check out the history, as history, IMO usually repeats itself. atb

Oh the humanity,! these guys are pump and dump artists at best.
All Duncan has done since taking over several years back is to hire his wife to do the books and make sure they both get fat paychecks.
Lets not forget he has done almost nothing to advance Bolero's premier Moly deposits, while letting it prospective Copper Star properties adjacent to and on strike with Coronado Resources property just fade away!!
And let's not forgets the 10: 1 roll back of shares Duncan was forced to do. That's right just keep issuing paper to keep paying his salary, and roll back every time you get way over 100 million shares outstanding. heck they have doubled the float since last year and then some.
Complain all you want Bruce and have my FACTUAL AND TRUTHFUL posts taken down, I will keep posting. It is my right as a shareholder.
You better protect your job. If you do for the other companies what you did for Bolero eventually you will be unemployable.

Wow!!! Perthx - Perhaps you should review the Farallon Mining board. They sued and won on three cases I believe for the same slander you just slammed Duncan with. To attack his wife is a new low on this board. What could she have done to you to warrant your animosity? I have forwarded your post to Stockhouse and I would not be surprised if Duncan calls his lawyers in. I personally want to be in the courtroom filming you choking down a huge judgment and posting it on you tube.
I understand Duncan made over $2 million on one deal alone last year – when was the last time you ever made $2 million? Your statement that your posts are factual and truthful are laughable. I think the lawyers and the judge will make that decision. You can slander all you want in the US, but the courts here won’t put up with that nonsense.
Btw Perthx maybe you should disclose your real name now because if Duncan has to get a court order and he will, you will end up paying for it as part of damages.

As a long time shareholder of Bolero, I can tell you that I agree with PerthX.
During Mr. Duncan's tenure, the share price has just gone down and down.
I believe his wife was employed by the company and may still be for all I know, but may not be.
There was a 10:1 roll back of shares.
Meaningful development of Bald Butte and CG is non-existent in my opinion, especially the past 2-3 years.
Copper Start property claims were abandoned.
I too would rate Mr Duncan's performance at Bolero as a failure. The share price is testament to that.
This board and you Mr Penny, seem to be all about pumping a company that has serious management drawbacks. Do you really think Perth or any other shareholder should be happy with the results of this investment over the past several years?
Would we be glad to see a success at Bolero? Absolutely, we have been waiting years!
As for this board, continual hype about OTHER companies and what they have found is mere pump and borders on fraud, in my opinion, against the readership here. Perth sounds a little angry but his posts do balance out your unadulterated hype in my opinion.
Farralon, notwithstanding, I don't know how truth can be slander or defamation. I guess we will see what Stockhouse decides....it will be telling to see if they are for potentially fraudulent hype or potentially slanderous truth.
