Viability of the Quarry Model

Viability of the Quarry ModelI saw that earlier some people had been saying that using the quarry method to retrieve the graphite might lead to permitting issues and the like. As I have no idea about the legal process in Quebec regarding quarries and mines I thought that might be a fair point.

Could someone maybe clear that up for me as to what issues could arise through going with the quarry method.

Im bringing this up because I recently saw the article on stockhouse for another graphite mine, which is located in relatively close proximity to the Miller property, whereien in the CEO stated that

"We can initiate a quarry style operation with relatively little capital and a relatively short
permitting process. We'll go into production at a modest rate and scale up to meet
demand as we grow our customer base"
