Yes the OSC did a review of CCB's disclosures including all news releases and website presentations. This apparently is being conducted on many companies....part of the OSC responsibilities....
The OSC found nothing wrong with any of CCB's news releases and only asked CCB to change a few words on their corporate presentation.....
Now we know that CCB is moving forward toward production by:
1. Conducting a PEA, commonly refered to as a Scoping Study
2. Applying for a mining permit for Graphite and marble at the Miller project
3. Applying for a permit to operate a graphite milling operation at the Asbury project
4. Contining to conduct exploration activities and awaiting assay results from 2014 program
We already know that CCB can produce high purity graphite from flotation alone so the PEA will not be held up by metallurgical issues. The metallurgical results have been completely and thouroughly disclosed.
Rather than being negative news that the OSC has done a review it is in fact positive clearing the way for full steam ahead toward production.
