CCB isn't a constituent.
And CCB is definitely not what I would consider to be a good corporate citizen.
It has no infrastructure, no land, and pays no taxes, and threatens people who disagree with its intentions.
I posted clear evidence that CCB holds immovable real rights in GSLR. They very certainly are a constituent, despite your ignorance.
CCB does not own taxable land. They hold development stage mineral rights. If advanced to exploitation stage mineral rights, there will indeed be significant taxes paid. Moreover, CCB has spent millions of dollars in the local community, and more when Quebec as a whole is considered.
As to threatening people, that is not true. Only those who have lied about the project, libeled its management, or acted illegally towards it might fear that consequences may attach. I've said it many times, reminding someone of their potential civil liability is not a threat. In fact, it is a required element (mitigation) of ethical conduct, should the matter advance to a court hearing for relief.
